The designers have made an excellent covered outdoor space linking seamlessly to the interior and exterior of the building. Planning solution is also refreshingly simple with all the room spaces stacked along the back wall and a generous activity area fronting towards the covered patio and lawn.’
The design needed to reflect the close proximity to the city in a bold urban statement. Apartment style home to fit in the current neighbourhood which included a high rise block of flats on the southern side and intensive infill housing on the northern and western sides.
