1980's Revival.
An original 1980's split-level home stripped back to the bones and re-clad in dark stained, vertical cedar and modern tray roofing. With the addition of large retracting glass sliders, the interior spacing is awash in light and the salted air of the beachfront beyond.

At One with the Land.
A long, low profile stretching across Paeroa's natural landscape. Warm natural cedar and recycled brick exteriors extend through to the interior while large retracting glass panels and an infinity-edge pool blur the line between where our structure begins and the landscape ends.
